Manifesto for Earth Governance

If we are to move toward slowing climate impacts, the science urges that we do so rapidly. With this scientific call to arms in mind, Ross wrote a Manifesto for Earth Governance. Her intention in doing so was to increase and enhance the art / climate change communication potential and encourage fellow makers. Inspiring additional art making may trigger a ‘ripple effect’ in activating others who in turn can make works to communicate and inspire action too. Ross's goal was to encourage individual agency through an understanding about the concept of an artist ‘group efficacy’ for enhanced environmental behaviour.
